WAN Tak Fai Danny
Dr. Danny Wan holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Construction & Real Estate (MSc) and BSc (Hons) Business Management (BA). Dr. Wan is also a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIHM), the Association for Project Management (MAPM), the British Council of Shopping Centers (MBCSC) and also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators (MHIREA).
Dr. Wan is currently the Director of various companies, holding arm as Jun Gao Holdings Co., Ltd. Jun Gao Group is a diversified corporation of business including real estate development investment businesses in China, Hong Kong and overseas. The Company Director’s recent investment projects include urban renewal project in Shenzhen with Han's Holding Group and various urban redevelopment projects in Yee Kuk Street, Hai Tan Street and Castle Peak Road.
Dr. Wan has served also for other real estate corporations like KWah Group, Fortune 500 Tesco Property Group and JV Company of Shanghai Baosteelland Group, Nan Fung Group and more.
